About Home-Appraisal.org

Nancy originally started out as an artist. In her early years she independently sold her own artwork and designed pieces for several companies. She then moved into business and retail management where she worked for many years. She then became a real estate appraiser. School did not stop there as she went on to become a public notary and get her real estate license.

Appraisal is her predominant interest. Her professional experiences bring together a unique widespread knowledge and creativity that greatly benefit her clients. Her prior background has given her years of experience with the public. She loves being able to directly work with people.

We are based out of Placerville and live a country life with the conveniences of Sacramento and Placer counties close by. Besides art she enjoys animals, gardening, music, reading, antiques, and remodeling the house.
